MVT Front Mount Intercooler Kit for Nissan Skyline R32, R33 & R34 Specifications

Designed for Nissan Skyline with the RB25DET engine, this front mount intercooler is a very innovative product. It benefits from the MVT system (Multi Vane Technology) which aims to significantly improve its efficiency, lower intake temperatures and increase engine performance. Thanks to a set of vanes housed in the end tanks of the intercooler, the air flow is distributed through the entire core for considerably more efficient cooling compared to a model without MVT.

The result of two years of research and development, this intercooler required the use of CAD software, numerical simulations in fluid mechanics and 3D printing technologies for a highly efficient finished product. In addition to the MVT system, it benefits from an aluminum body specially designed to maximize air flow and has a black finish which further promotes heat dissipation.

This intercooler uses the standard twin-beam mounting of the GT-Rs and is installed directly in place of the original one, offering superior performance without the need to re-map the engine. During tests performed on a rolling road with a Nissan GT-R R35, this intercooler allowed the engine to go from 512.4 hp to 543.1 hp, a gain of 30.7 hp. This performance was achieved without any other modification of the vehicle.
